Pack Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized Canada Post location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
